Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 151976. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. As for her secondary educationWard was a student at Ouachita Parish High School, but she transferred to River Oaks High School on the following summer, after her junior year; thereshe was on the drill and dance team. Following her graduation, Ward briefly studied at Northeast Louisiana University. Ward began modeling when she was thirteen and left her high school to go into New York. After a few years she decided to pursue acting. She first played an uncredited role in the 1970's soap drama All My Children, and she was later cast in the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Premier-Time Malibu Shores. In the year 1996, Ward was cast as Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999, her movie career started when she starred as Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the romantic thriller The In Crowd. It failed to make a profit in theatres, but it did find some success on cable and home-video. Ward played a support role in Shallow Hal the following year. She also was a guest on many TV shows and direct-to-DVD films. In 2009she landed the role Chloe Kmet kothe mother of a young gymna ston the ABC Family drama show Make It or Break It which was part of the main cast during the series' first two seasons. In her private life she was the wife of David C. Robinson. The couple was blessed with a son named Cameron.
